We understand that planning a wedding during times of a pandemic is stressful. We see our job as a lot more than just taking pictures of you!
We implemented this pandemic strategy to ensure that we all stay safe, your wedding planning is as seemless as possisible, and your wedding day is a great success. You can rest assured that you are in good, clean hands.
We are Banff Lake Louise Tourism members and have been following closely the Alberta government plan Workplace Guidance For Business Owners. We’ve implemented all the recommended policies and procedures to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID virus.
We will keep you protected through:
- Hand Hygiene, Respiratory Etiquette & Personal Protective Equipment
We will be wearing a disposable mask to all outdoor photography sessions during the COVID outbreak.
We will practice extreme hand hygiene and minimize touching our subjects during our sessions.
- Appropriate Distancing during our wedding coverage.
We will use longer focal lenses so that we can stay six feet away as much as possible, which will still allow us to capture images that seem like we are closer.
- We will only conduct one photography session a day.
- We will clean and disinfect our equipment after every session.
- We will not take chances with your health. We have 4 photographers on staff to step in should we need a replacement.
- We promise to make room in our schedule for your rescheduling needs.
Because we are a small volume, service-oriented studio, we have the flexibility and availability to accommodate most rescheduling requests.
I am thrilled to report that all our couples, whose 2020 weddings were canceled due to COVID, were successfully accommodated with their first choice of dates for rescheduling.
You can imagine what a great relief this was to our guests! That kind of peace of mind is priceless!
- We will keep you informed.
Being members of Banff and Lake Louise Tourism, we have access to the latest information and resources regarding openings, closures, and specific guidelines affecting the wedding industry and tourism in Alberta and the specific regions of Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise.
Knowing what’s going on first and being informed from reliable governmental agencies is crucial in determining how to respond to your needs and successfully guide you through these uncertain times. Throughout this crisis, I will share with you this insider information and together we can make informed decisions regarding safety and cancelations affecting your wedding.
