The Approach

Crafting a poetic narrative

There are many ways to photograph a wedding.

Photojournalistic photographers document moments as they unfold, using available light and minimal direction. The focus is on observing what happens and capturing it as-is.

My approach is editorial, informed by high-end fashion photography. I shape light with off-camera tools, guide posing with an emphasis on elegance, and compose each frame with clear visual intent. I’m attentive to the rhythm of the day—stepping in when direction will elevate the scene, and stepping back when a moment is best left untouched.

The Experience

Confident direction with room to breathe.

The day moves quickly. Your experience shouldn’t feel rushed.

I bring structure and calm to the pace of the day. You won’t be left guessing how to stand or what to do. I offer composed, professional guidance—subtly refining body lines, hands, posture, and expression—so you feel confident, supported, and at ease, knowing you’ll look your absolute best in every frame.

The result is imagery that feels effortless on the surface, yet meticulously crafted behind the scenes.

Banff and Lake Louise are extraordinary landscapes. They deserve photography that captures their scale and drama with equal intention. My role is to bring strong visual design to these iconic settings—creating imagery that feels cinematic, refined, and unmistakably your own, in any environment, weather, or time of day.
